CLAY COUNTY, Miss. – (WCBI) Clay County deputies crack down on contraband in their jail.

Two inmates face additional charges after deputies reportedly found cell phones in their jail cells.

Sheriff Eddie Scott says 34-year old Chester Kellum and 20-year old Cedric Burns are awaiting an initial court appearance on the possession of contraband charges, which is a felony.

Sheriff Scott says the Clay County jail has a zero tolerance policy for any type of contraband, including phones, drug and alcohol.
