Corinth Shooting Sends Two Men to the Hospital

CORINTH-  The two victims from Wednesday nights shooting have been identified as Thomas Rogers, 25, of 701 Crater Street and DeMichael Morrison, 25, of 1222 Johns Street.

Chief Ralph Dance says just before six Wednesday night, Rogers and Morrison were ambushed in a parking lot on Cass Street.

The situation grew worse when the two victims wrecked their car while attempting to drive to the hospital. One victim was airlifted to Memphis and the other brought to Magnolia Regional in Corinth.

Police are now searching for a white female with dirty blonde hair who has been identified as the shooter. The driver is believed to be a white male with a scruffy beard in his mid 40s to mid 50s. The two suspects were seen in a 2000 black Ford pickup truck.

Rogers remains in critical condition at Regional One Health in Memphis. Morrison suffered minor injuries and has been released from MRC.
