EMEPA Lineman Electrocuted

ATTALLA CO., Miss. – (WCBI) A lineman was reportedly electrocuted while on a job site Tuesday afternoon.
Medstat was dispatched to Attala Road 5001, located near Louisville for reports that a crew member, who was working in the woods, had come in contact with a live wire .
It happened at 2:47 p.m.
Sources close to the family identify the man as Robert Whitehead, of Louisville.
Whitehead had worked with East Mississippi Electric Power Association for more than a decade.
The Attalla County sheriff’s department is investigating the cause of the accident.
