UPDATE: Fulton 14-Year-Old Found Safe

UPDATE: The missing teenager has been found safe as of about 3:25 p.m.

Itawamba County law enforcement officials are searching for a missing Fulton teen.

Bethany Self, 14, of Lake Drive, was reported missing to Itawamba County Sheriff’s Department by her mother Christie Buchanan, Monday morning. Buchanan said Self went missing Sunday night.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt with gray letters, black pajama pants with different color brush marks, and gray shoes.

Self is 5-foot-3 and weights 168 pounds. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes. Her mother said Self recently cut her bangs.

Officials are asking area residents with any information about the missing teen to contact the sheriff’s department at 662-862-3401 or by calling 911.
