Gordo Police Arrest Man on Drug-Related Charges

GORDO, Ala. (WCBI) — A Gordo man is arrested after police find a methamphetamine lab in his vehicle.

51-year-old Doug Tilley was arrested 3 a.m. Wednesday on Main street in Gordo.

Gordo police officers stopped Tilley when they saw him driving under the influence. They found an operational meth lab in the back of his truck.

Tilley is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of a concealed firearm without a permit.

He is currently detained at the Pickens County jail.
