Homeless Man Turns Self into Amory Police in Connection with Armed Robbery

AMORY, Miss. (WCBI) — A homeless man has turned himself into police after he was accused of holding up a convenience store in Amory.

27-year-old Robert Lynn Fincher has been charged with armed robbery.

Investigators say Fincher went inside the Chevron gas station on Highway 25 early Wednesday morning with a gun, demanding money.

Fincher’s bond was set at $75,000. He’s currently detained at the Amory Police Department.
