Blue Springs man has been indicted in connection with a March accident which left a Union County worker critically injured.

William Douglas Conway is charged with  aggravated DUI , burglary and leaving the scene of the accident. Conway crashed hs vehicle ito a county garbage truck  pinning worker Randy Lyons between the two  Conway then fled the scene and fled to a residence in Highway 9 North  He faces the burglary charge because he broke into that home trying to hide from police.
