Video: Jury Selected For Columbus Murder Trial

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A jury was selected Monday for a Columbus graduation party murder trial.

Kale Scott is charged with murder.

Scott was arrested last month in a separate shooting investigation, where he’s charged with aggravated assault.

The murder charge stems from May 2014 shooting at the Columbus fairgrounds.

Investigators say the shooting happened after an argument.

Devin Lamar Montgomery, 21, died and another person was injured.
