Video: Kosciusko Voters Say “Yes” to Liquor Sales

ATTALA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- In Kosciusko, voters decide they want liquor to be sold in the Attala County town.

855 people voted in favor of it, while 459 voted against the referendum.

It’s now up to the city leaders to decide how and when liquor can be sold.

More than 900 people signed a petition to force tonight’s referendum.

This is the first liquor vote in Kosciusko since 1983.
