Lee County Accident Causes Death

LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – One person was killed in a one-car crash around 4 o’clock this afternoon on Highway 45 at the Brewer Road exit. According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, one person was killed and another seriously injured. The southbound lane of 45 will be shut down for some time while medics and law enforcement work the scene. According to scanner reports, at least one person was ejected from the vehicle.
