$10 Million Insurance Check Awarded to Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Louisville’s Tuesday night Board of Aldermen’s meeting opened up with a large insurance check being a presented to the city.

A $10,010,000 check was awarded to the city to cover the loss of the plywood facility located on S. Church Avenue.

The $10 million only covered the cost of the real estate at the site. An amount has not yet been awarded to cover the equipment lost at the facility due to the storm.
