Louisville Schools to Host “Bring Your Own Device” Forum

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Louisville schools could be going high tech.

The school district is looking at a new policy, giving students the option to bring personal devices like netbooks, computers, and smart phones to class.

The district hopes it’ll help the kids prepare for college and their career.

Officials will be holding a “Bring Your Own Device” forum on the topic Tuesday night.

It’ll be at the Louisville High School auditorium at 6 p.m.
