Maben Man Charged with Aggravated DUI

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. – (PRESS RELEASE) On 11/17/2014, Deputies of the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department arrested James David Lewis, 29, of Maben, MS on two counts of Aggravated DUI. The arrests comes following a single car accident near Neely Road in Oktibbeha County.

Two passengers in the vehicle being driven by Lewis were injured in the accident. Both passengers were transported to University Medical Center
in Jackson, MS to receive treatment for their injuries. Lewis remains in the Oktibbeha County Jail on a $20,000.00 bond.

The accident remains under investigation.
