Man Charged With Brickfire Burglaries
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- Police say he was caught red handed–stealing from an organization that helps children.
According to Starville police, officers found 23-year-old Christian Bobo, Wednesday morning at the Brickfire Project building.
Officers were responding to a suspicious persons call that came in at 3 A.M.
Bobo was picked up for questioning, and eventually charged with three counts of commercial burglary, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Surveillance video capturing the break-ins helped investigators identify the suspect. Bobo was taken to the Oktibbeha county jail. His bond was set at $100,000.
Bobo will appear in Municipal Court on April 11th.
Starkville Police Chief Frank Nichols says the investigation is not over.
