STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Two weeks after George Zimmerman was ruled not guilty of the murder of Trayvon Martin, some are still demanding justice for the Florida teen.
Starkville residents gathered at old Highway 182 this morning for a peaceful march. The group walked up Washington Street and through downtown and ended at the Starkville court house. Protestors were equipped with signs demanding justice for Trayvon and his family. The unarmed teen was shot and killed by Zimmerman in February 2012 while walking home from a convenience store.
