Video: Missing Woman’s Car Found Burned in Lowndes Co.

VERNON, Ala. (WCBI) —  The vehicle of a missing mother of three is found in New Hope.

According to Lamar County, Ala. District Attorney Chris McCool, investigators recovered Keisha Turner’s 2001 Honda Civic in New Hope Monday night.

Lowndes deputies were tipped off about the car and contacted deputies in Lamar County.

The car was found heavily burned, and McCool says investigators believe it is linked to Turner’s disappearance. The 29-year old Vernon native is still missing as of Thursday, a week after she was last seen or heard from by family.
