Mississippi Highways Make Nation’s Top 10 List

MISSISSIPPI (WCBI) — Mississippi highways rank 8th in the nation.

That’s according to Reason Foundation’s Annual Highway Report.

The study took into consideration: pavement condition, interstate congestion, fatal accidents and cost effectiveness.

In previous years, Mississippi ranked 10th overall.
