No Appeal In Lee County Murders

JACKSON, MS (WCBI) – Two Lee County men convicted in seperate murders will not get another chance to  appeal their cases.  The State Court of Appeals Tuesday refused to let Justin Springer and Travon Brown have another rehearing.  The Court has  already rejected earlier appeals.

Springer is serving a life sentence for the 2008 shooting death of Kamby Ivy of Shannon.

BROWN

Travon Brown is also jailed for life for a double murder on Chapman Street in Tupelo. Cornelius Harris and Felicia Ruffin both died in the2011 shooting.
