Video: North Miss. Students Celebrate Black History

MACON, Miss. (WCBI) — Some Macon students are remembering their past and embracing their future.

That was the theme of Wednesday’s black history program at B.F. Liddell Elementary School.

Students sang, played musical instruments, and even performed a skit.

Everyone ended the program singing “Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing,” which is also known as the Black National Anthem.
