Noxubee Sexual Battery Arrest

SHUQUALAK, Miss. (WCBI) – A Shuqualak man is accused of tying up and sexually assaulting a woman.

Morris Bell, 56, is charged with sexual battery.

Noxubee County Sheriff Terry Grasseree says the unidentified woman was at Bell’s home last week when she was allegedly attacked.

The incident remains under investigation.

Bell is free on bond tonight but will make an initial appearance in court tomorrow.
