Video: Local Hospitals Celebrate National Hospital week

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — It’s National Hospital Week, and to celebrate OCH Regional Medical Center held a picnic for their employees.

This year’s theme is ” High Quality Care with Southern Hospitality”.

Organizers say they wanted to hold the celebration to honor their employees since they put countless hours of service in 365 days a year.
The medical center employees over 600 people.

OCH isn’t the only hospital thanking their employees this week.

Baptist Golden Triangle has been celebrating with Baptist Idol all week.

Employees have been showing off their singing skills, competing all week in the competition, and today was the grand finale.

The winner received some prize money and of course the title of Baptist Idol Winner 2015.
