Officials Investigate Corinth Shooting

CORINTH Miss. (WCBI)- After a drive- by shooting occurred over the weekend Corinth police are searching for any clue that will answer what happened.

Officials say shots were fired on Sunday around 12:30 a.m. near the Farmington Arms Apartments. After collecting what evidence they could officials were not left with much of a lead. Only one car at this time has appeared to have been caught in the path of the gunfire according to Detective Dell Green.

Officials do not believe that this shooting is connected to the gang-related shooting that happened in April at the Nashway Apartments.
