One Dead After Oxford Crash

(OXFORD, MS) One person is dead following an afternoon crash in Oxford.  Oxford Police say the two car wreck happened on Highway 6 near Old Taylor Road shortly after 1:30.  One person was ejected from a car and later died from those injuries.   An accident reconstruction team and patrol officers are currently investigating the accident but it is believed alcohol played a role in the wreck.  No names of the victims will be released today.
