One Dead In Saturday Hit And Run

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY,  MS (WCBI) –  One person is dead after an early morning hit and run in Oktibbeha County .  State Trooper Greg Bell says 64 year old Roosevelt Taylor , Jr. of Starkville was walking North on Highway 25 near the Old Highway 25 intersection when he was hit by a car driven by 33 year old Raven Henton of Louisville.  Henton fled the scene of the 4:38 A.M accident in a private car but was located a short time later by Starkville Police.  She is currently being questioned by MHP investigators but no charges have been filed at this time .
