Video: One Dead In Webster County Wreck

WEBSTER COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Mississippi state troopers identify the Calhoun City man killed in a rollover wreck Wednesday night.

Troopers say 58-year-old Jack Dee Sims was heading south on Highway Nine North, when his car left the roadway, hit a culvert, and flipped over.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. near Dorrah Road in Webster County.

Sims was partially thrown out of the vehicle, and died at the scene.

Troopers tell WCBI he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.

MHP is still looking into what caused the crash.
