One Shot in Columbus Home Invasion

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Columbus police are investigating a second shooting Monday night.

Officers were called to the 800 block of 10th Avenue South shortly before 10:30 p.m.

Police say six masked black men entered the home, and some were armed.

Investigators say the robbers took cash and wallets from five people who were home.

One of the victims was shot, and was taken to the hospital.

Police are still looking for the robbers.
