Pontotoc Deputy Indicted In Memphis Shooting
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WCBI) — A Pontotoc County deputy sheriff is free on bond after being indicted in Tennessee on aggravated assault charges.
A Shelby County Grand jury charged John Logan with two counts of aggravated assault stemming for an April shooting on Beale Street.
Logan is accused of shooting Louisiana resident Mark Martinez after Logan and a group of his friends bumped into Martinez and a group of his friends walking along the popular Memphis street. Logan has claimed Martinez was being disrespectful to women and grabbed a woman who was with Logan.
