Service Set For Columbus Police Officer

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Services are set for the Columbus police officer who died this week.

Kelvin Lee passed away Monday after a long battle with stomach cancer.

He had been with the department since 1996 and rose to the rank of detective.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Carter Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday at 11:00am at Zion Gate Missionary Baptist Church.

Officer Lee was 51 years old.
