Video: Single Car Accident: One Injured

COLUMBUS, Miss. – (WCBI) A heart attack may be to blame for a Tuesday night car accident.

It happened around 5:45pm Hwy 82 E., right before the 18th Ave. Exit in Columbus.

A woman driving a Pontiac Grand Prix skidded down the slippery embankment, right before the exit.

When Columbus police officers arrived, the female driver had fallen out of the vehicle and reportedly told the officer that she was dying.

According to reports, the 35-year old, whose name has not been released, suffered an apparent heart attack.

She was transferred to Baptist Memorial Golden Triangle, where her condition is unknown.
