Single Car Crash Kills West Point Man

MHP responded to a fatal accident Sunday morning around 3:50AM on Hwy. 47 about 2 mi. north of Hwy. 50.

A 2003 Nissan Xterra driven by 25 year old Justin Miller of West Point was traveling north on Hwy. 47 when it left the road and collided with a tree.

Mr. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clay Co. Coroner. The cause of the accident remains under investigation by MHP.
