SPD Looking for Leads in Weekend Hotel Assault

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — The Starkville Police Department is investigating an early Sunday morning assault that happened at America’s Best Value Inn on Highway 12.

An eldery woman reports she was assaulted, and when she awoke she was missing her clothes.

A guest staying at the inn found the woman and called police.

She was taken to OCH Regional Medical Center, where she was treated and then released.
