Starkville Drug Bust

STARKVILLE, Miss. (Press Release) – On November 12, 2015 at approximately 11:40pm, Officers with the Starkville Police Department arrested 20 year old Deangelo Dewayne Manning from Starkville, MS charging him with Felony Possession of Marijuana, DUI (Controlled Substance), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving without a License, No Insurance and Improper Turn.
Manning was processed and transported to the Oktibbeha County Jail. His bond for the Felony Possession of Marijuana was set at $15,000.
