Starkville Police Arrest Juvenile In Connection With Sportsplex Robbery

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Starkville teen is arrested on charges of burglary of a commercial building.

Officers with the Starkville Police department arrested a 17-year-old today in connection with last Thursday’s burglary of the Starkville Sportsplex Recreation Center.

The Sportsplex was broken into April 21st just before midnight. Several cellphones and an undisclosed amount of cash were stolen.

The juvenile was arrested and later released into the custody of his parent.
