Starkville School Board Member Resigns

(STARKVILLE, MS) WCBI – Starkville School Board President Eric Heiselt is leaving the board but a new member is expected to quickly be named.
Heiselt turned in his resignation last week because he is moving to Las Vegas.  In his letter, Heiselt recommended former board president Eddie Myles take his spot. Starkville Mayor Parker Wiseman says he agrees with that recommendation.  The board will meet in a special meeting Tuesday to finalize the choice so he can be in place before Starkville and Oktibbeha County officially merge
