LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl during the summer land two 20-year-old Lowndes County men in jail.

Lowndes County investigators say Dustin Styron and Andrew Abrams are charged with statutory rape for their involvement with the girl. Detectives say the girl claims the incidents happened more than once. Abrams is free on $25,000 bond while Styron remains in jail on $55.000 bond. He also has a grand larceny charge.

Also, three people are charged in connection with two different theft cases.

Lowndes County investigators say 22-year-old Justin Cook and 18-year-old Taylor Hubbard are charged with grand larceny in connection with jewelry and cash taken from a friend’s home this summer. They were visiting at the other girl’s home when the items came up missing. Both are free on bond.

In an unrelated case, 24-year-old Anthony Sturdivant is charged with burglary after fingerprint evidence linked him to a break in at a Yorkville Road residence in East Columbus earlier this year. He also is free on bond.
