Stiff Fine Handed Out for No Call Law Violater

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) – APA/Leads Services has agreed to pay a $3,500 fine for violations of Mississippi’s No Call Law.

Northern District Public Service Commission Brandon Presley says in a news release Monday that the company was alleged to have made unauthorized telephone solicitations and failed to register with the PSC as a telephone solicitor. In addition to paying the fine, the company has agreed to register with the commission.
