Stop Sign Leads To Stack Of Charges
Strike one is running a stop sign in front of a Lee County Deputy, strike two is doing it in a stolen car and strike three is having stolen goods inside the stolen car.
That’s the lesson 40 year old James Daniels is learning.
Daniels is jailed after he ran a stop sign near Nettleton in a stolen car. A deputy gave chased and Daniels crashed. When officers looked inside the car they found numerous stolen items tied to a series of car and business break ins. Now he sits in jail on a 35 thousand dollar bond charged with taking of a motor vehicle, 6 counts of auto burglary, as well as burglary of a commercial building
