Teen Killed In ATV Accident Identified

BRUCE, Miss. (WCBI) – The boy killed in a Wednesday afternoon four-wheeler accident in Bruce has been identified.

Calhoun County Sheriff Greg Pollan says Colbin Necaise, 14, died at a Calhoun City hospital shortly after the crash.

Pollan says it appears Necaise was turning when he lost control and flipped the ATV.

The crash happened just before 1 PM in the the 200 block of East Calhoun Street.

Necaise would’ve been an 8th grader this fall.

He was not wearing a helmet.

Deputies are assisting Bruce police with the investigation.
