Telemarketers Face $95,000 in Fines

JACKSON, Miss. – Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced today that the Mississippi Public Service Commission has entered default judgments against Your Direct Source, Inc. of Florida $80,000 and Secure Alliance Corp. of California $15,000 for alleged No Call violations.

In complaints received by the Commission, the companies were alleged to have made unauthorized telephone solicitations and failed to register with the PSC as telephone solicitors.
