CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Three north Mississippi men are accused of breaking into a Calhoun County supervisor’s home and stealing four guns.

Timothy Phillips, 26, and Efram Taylor, 31, both of Calhoun City, along with Hakeem Belim, 25, of Pontotoc are all charged with one count of burglary of a dwelling.

Calhoun County Sheriff Greg Pollan says the break-in happened November 30th on County Road 419, in the Duncan Hill community.

A window in the dining area of Tony Morgon’s home was broken out.

Pollan says the trio tried to break into a safe but didn’t have any luck.

The guns were found in other areas of the house.

Witnesses helped deputies track down a vehicle spotted near Morgan’s home.
