Three Injured in Oktibbeha Co. Wrecks

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – It was a busy morning for rescue crews in Oktibbeha County who worked two serious wrecks.

The first happened shortly after midnight on Horseshoe Circle, off Highway 12 West.

The driver ran off the road and flipped over. He was sent to a nearby hospital.

The second wreck happened on Wade Road about an hour later.

Fire officials say the two young men were thrown out of the car. One of them was pinned under the car when it rolled over.

Both were hospitalized.

The sheriff’s department is investigating the wrecks.
