Tishomingo Co. Man Pleads Guilty To Fondling Charge

IUKA, Mississippi (WCBI) – A Tishomingo County man pleads guilty to various counts of sexual battery and fondling of a child.

Jay William McCalpin will serve every day of a 50 year sentence.

Interim District Attorney John Weddle says three victims were involved in the investigation that started last July.

The incidents took place from May through July of 2014.

McCalpin is also facing federal child pornography charges as a result of this investigation.
