Traffic Stop Nets Monroe Drug Arrest

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — A 36-year-old Columbus woman is arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in Monroe County Tuesday.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department says Kylie Lashaun Partain is charged with possession of a controlled substance. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop at Highway 45 and Camargo Road. Agents say they found marijuana in her vehicle.

Bond has not been set. As of Wednesday morning, she remained in the Monroe County Jail.
