TUPELO, Miss. (Press Release) – Crime Stoppers of North East Mississippi and the Tupelo Police Dept. are asking for your assistance locating Phillip Rashad Elkins.

On May 11, 2015, Elkins broke into 2 vehicles in Tupelo and took numerous weapons, money, and clothing.

Elkins is described as a black male 5’4, 165 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

Elkins was last seen in a gold Taurus, and may also be driving Ford Truck unknown color.
