Tupelo Power & Light customers who use search engines to find the link to pay their bills online should find the city link.

The only official and authorized website to pay a utility bill with Tupelo Water & Light is www.tupeloms.gov. Other third-party sites, such as doxo.com or mycompanycatalog.com are not authorized by the Tupelo Water & Light Department to receive payments.

Any customer who chooses a site other than the official City of Tupelo web site will experience a posting or crediting delay of six to 10 days to their utility account, which could place them in jeopardy of disconnection.
