Two Arrested After Clay County Pursuit

CLAY COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Two men are facing several charges by several law enforcement agencies after a chase through Clay County.

Roderrick Walker, 28, and Sharad Miller, 29, are both in the Clay County jail.

Law enforcement say the pursuit started in West Point and continued into the county.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol says a MHP cruiser was slightly damaged after being hit during the chase.

Sheriff Eddie Scott says Walker and Miller will face felony drug and fleeing charges.

It’s unclear what charges the men might face by West Point police.
