Union Dispute Continues in Hamilton, AL.

HAMILTON, AL. – (WCBI) The United Autoworkers have objected to the successful effort last month to kick the union out of a Hamilton, Alabama plant last month.

On February 20th, workers at the NTN-Bower plant in Hamilton voted 82 to 50 against keeping Local 1990 union representation.

Now, those who organized the effort to keep it out have released paperwork showing the U-A-W has appealed. That means the matter likely will end up before the National Labor Relations Board which could take months to decide the complaint.
