TUPELO, MS (WCBI)-Tupelo Water and Light customers have a new building to set up accounts and pay their utility bills.  The billing, collection and customer service sections of Tupelo Water and Light are now at 333 Court Street. That is right across the street from much smaller offices that housed the department for more than 4 decades. The new building was the home of an M and F bank, but the city purchased the two story building late last year for one point 2 million dollars when Renasant Bank merged with M and F.

“This is our first official day, it’s wonderful, our customers , much more space, more storage space, it’s an asset to the community. ”

The new offices feature two drive through lanes and more than 11 thousand square feet of space.
