Video: Bond Reduction Denied for Woman Accused of Killing of her Boyfriend

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) -A million dollar bond will stand for a Tupelo woman accusing of killing her boyfriend.

45 year-old Leah Bishop is charged with capital murder in the shooting death of 65 year old Jessie Traylor .

Investigators found bishop in late may by tracking Traylor’s credit card to to Louisiana.

That was after she called 9-1-1 in Jones County. Laurel police found a letter at a Veteran’s museum. In the letter, Bishop allegedly confesses to killing Traylor and leaving his body at his Rolling wood Drive home in Tupelo.

Judge Sadie Holland denied Bishop’s request to have her bond reduced.
