Video: Boys & Girls Club Washes Cars to Help Troops

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Some North Mississippi residents are giving back to those who put their lives on the line for our country.

The Boys and Girls Club of Starkville held a charity car wash this weekend to raise money for their organization, and the Wounded Warrior Project.

Part of the money raised benefits those troops who were injured in Afghanistan, and will be coming back home.

Volunteers charged $5 for each car they cleaned.

They hope to have another car wash fundraiser at the start of next school year.
